Returns Policy

If you need to return or exchange your purchase, you have 30 days since the date of purchase to do so. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since the day of purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

• Returned within 30 days from date of purchase
• In the same condition you received it (unwashed, unworn, unused and with tags attached)
• Not a sale item

To complete your return, please email shorehawkcontact@gmail.com to request an online returns form. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you we have received the returned item. You will also be notified whether your return has been accepted or rejected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
